Downtown Revitalization - Project Detail

Downtown Evanston provides marketing and management services to the downtown Evanston Illinois district and is a 501(c) (6) non-profit corporation. Incorporated as EvMark in 1987, Downtown Evanston is responsible for the Special Service Area 4 (SSA4), Illinois' equivalent of a Business Improvement District (BID). Established in 1987, Evmark is governed by a Board of Directors and works in partnership with the City of Evanston. Carolyn Dellutri is their Executive Director and a long term client and friend. 

Downtown Evanston offers close to 90 cafes and restaurants and adjacent to Northwestern University's main campus.  The organization sponsors events, conducts business retention and recruitment and advocates for local businesses.
