A new BID for Plainfield
In early October we worked with the newly incorporated Plainfield, NJ Special Improvement District Board to host a half-day workshop for their board. The group needed ideas for staffing the organization and we provided a series of alternatives, along with a budget to fit the anticipated SID revenues.
The goal was to help the Board to organize around the Main Street Four Point Approach so that they could pick projects to undertake in months before year-end and in 2019. We provided job descriptions and a series of recommendations for their first steps. We enjoy working with startups!
