Design Guidelines for Downtown Milford Inc.
Over the next six months, we will be working with Downtown Milford Inc. to create design guidelines for their downtown commercial district. We will work with a subcommittee of the Design Team, who will also review drafts of the design guidelines as they are developed. This technical assistance service is provided by Downtown Delaware through USDA funds.
The Design Guidelines will be used by Downtown Milford Inc. to provide advice on any matching grant program for storefront or other downtown building improvement projects to encourage excellent and historically compatible improvements to downtown Milford’s authentic historic building resources.
