Oregon Main Street Policies and Procedures Manual Published


Our friends at Oregon Main Street asked Heritage Consulting Inc to bring an old Policies and Procedures Manual for local Main Street organizations up to date and to include best practices for downtown organizations. This 76 page manual is a fill in the blank PDF so you can add your organization's title and processes for check signing for example. About half of the document deals with personnel matters, and this manual has extensive documentation about worker rights and responsiblities in Oregon.   You will need to make changes to this section as it is Oregon specific.
