Turning Supporters into Donors at Pennsylvania Downtown Conference
This June we spoke again at the Pennsylvania Downtown Center conference held in Harrisburg, PA on two of our favorite fundraising topics, “Boosting Net Revenue for Fundraising Events” and “Turning Supporters into Donors.” The latter topic comes from consulting work we undertook during the pandemic for Sheri Stuart at Oregon Main Street. The blurb said it all. The new Oregon Main Street Handbook “Turning Supporters into Donors” will help you plan and implement a 12 step/12-week community wide fundraising effort. I will show how to use your board and volunteers to ask residents, shoppers, social media fans, and area businesses for financial support.
