We have been engaged to write the first five year Strategic Plan for Main Street Siloam Springs in Northwest AR. This engagement is supported by Main Street Arkansas. We have made two visits and learned a great deal about this beautiful downtown, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We expect to complete work in summer 2019. We also revised their bylaws, conducted work plan training and board training during our visits.
