Donna demonstrated a Herculean resolve and determination to see our young organization through the process of creating our first strategic plan. Through it all she calmly, patiently, and persistently prodded to make sure we got the best work product. As a collaborator her willingness to embrace new ideas from the field, such as the Main Street Refresh, and integrate it into her own thinking was impressive. I hope the plan that was developed guides our community and stands as a model for other places to follow.
