We just finished a five month Strategic Planning effort for Howell Main Street, one of the Master Level Communities in Michigan Main Street. Howell has a handsome downtown with only a few vacancies, and is seeing a flurry of new businesses come to town. Far from being a small town between Lansing and Detroit, Howell is a county seat with two cultural anchors, a recently renovated downtown movie theater showing Indie films, and the Opera House which is used a performance venue.
