This April Ken Turino and I spoke at the Museum Association for New York State at their annual meeting in Corning NY about our respective books that highlight new opportunities for historic sites. This talk focused mainly on financial sustainability for historic sites, used several case studies from Historic New England, where Ken Turino is the Manager of Community Engagement and Exhibition. I included four case studied contained in New Solutions for House Museums
We had a standing room only crowd, sold some books, and got lots of excellent questions from the audience.
